What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new customer before bigger projects and pick there brain and see what they are envisioning and will often suggest they find pictures of what they want to do online and either print them up or send them to me. This enables me to share your idea and have a better grasp on your goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Highschool carpentry, College construction engineering and 15 years of on the job training also various other training such as OSHA, lead paint removal, etc.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love working with my hands and being able to stand back and look at the project, weather it's a simple bathroom floor or siding a complete house. The satisfaction of seeing the changes I have made and the reactions of customers are what drive me.
