Barry went out to a property for me to disable an old security alarm. He gave me a price the same day I reached out and went out the next day to disable. He did the work quickly and at a good price. Will definitely use again in the future!

Removal of the wall-mounted NEC Plasma 60" TV and Installation of a wall-mounted LG 4K LED 65" TV including connection, troubleshooting and optimizing the existing surround sound system. Joe and Felix did an outstanding job in every aspect and provided multiple suggestions to enhance the enjoyment of the system. They are technically knowledgeable, efficient and most of all pleasant. The cost of the installation was very reasonable to boot.

Barry at Carefree Security came back with a fare estimate for an at home consultation for my Mac that suddenly stopped working. He sent one of his team over at 8:30 pm on a Tursday night. and they got it working ! They were great. Barry immediately answers you and is very helpful. Unfortunately my computer isn't working again, but Barry is going to look it over again at no cost and see what it needs and will quote me then. Definitely helpful!!! Worth the call. Just may be time for a new computer :(

There is no typical process for working with a new customer be cause each customer is unique we treat every customer with respect and work with them on there needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We go to trade shows to see and learn about new products and attend product training at all of our distributers. When we feel the need we additional information or training we invite the manufacture of products that we use or intend to use to our office to get hands on training in a more personal setting.
