Serge is an extremely skilled top notch coach and amazing instructor that genuinely cares about his students. His training sessions are very challenging and rewarding. My strength and endurance levels have greatly improved in such a short time since training with Serge. He has patience and will take the time to go over moves as many times as you need, in a supportive and encouraging way. You will sweat, train hard and learn a lot from each lesson. My training sessions were by far the BEST that I've ever experienced. What marks a phenomenal instructor is his ability to teach in a particular way that impacts every aspect of a students life, and that is what Serge has done for me and I'm truly thankful. A great place for kickboxing, boxing and of course MMA. After a month of training, I can say for sure that all the trainers including sensei professionals, very interesting physical exercises in conjunction with the technical part of the session bring the result! Highly recommend this place!

Aaron is a very thoughtful teacher. Although he will come to you I have lessons in his home (and as a woman I'll verify it's completely safe). He tailors his lessons to what the students are interested in and his teaching style is not full of "mystical speak" but real understandable lessons and corrections. I wish I could see him more often.

Ed is a great choice for anyone interested in learning self defense. Ed quickly responded to all of my emails. He tailors the lessons to what you want to learn. Ed is very friendly, punctual and motivated. He isn’t staring at his watch looking to be done with you. My lessons all have run long because Ed is such a motivated teacher. You can really tell that he loves what he’s doing. If you’re thinking of learning self defense or expanding on your self defense knowledge, drop Ed a line, he is a capable motivated teacher. He will respond quickly and his prices are extremely reasonable. Take one class and you will see what I mean.

I had taken up this art at the age of 18 years old to assist me in my job performance while under pressure/ stress. Additionally, it became more and more easier as I trained for 30 minutes each day. I was given many hours of advance specializes training from Keith Sammy, Instructor. Lion Style is an art which gives an individual the abuility to defend themselves from any angle with you legs( since you have longer reach and more power with a kick), then your hands. This is a science built art and utilizes kenitics with psychology to strike an opponent without being strike, lead an opponent into an action that allow you to strike, and confuse the opponent. I've been training for just under 3 years at Green Cloud Kung Fu with Sifu Gus. I've met some of the greatest people I know there and am proud to call my brothers and sisters. The 8 year old who is bullied at school was very happy with his private lesson. He's already feeling more confident and has learned some self defense moves that are appropriate for his age, height, strength level, etc. John will be doing bi-weekly one on one self defense lessons for the next few weeks and then some. As a grandma, I'm very happy my grandon is learning how to protect himself, confidence, how to get out of bully situations, etc.

Private, personal self-defense, and martial arts lessons with a sensei who has been teaching students self-defense for over 30 years. I have a black belt in four separate martial arts and styles. I am dedicated and committed to both the martial arts and the student's learning and self-confidence. The martial arts began centuries ago with the teacher and student trusting and learning together in a unique and private setting. The student was able to not only learn self-defense, confidence, and protection skills, but they were also able to learn and grow as an individual and as a person. The element of trust became easier for the student as they were able to confide and learn in this sacred and private setting. There are no other students to distract you from learning, no lines, no substitute teachers, no being stuck in the back of the class or the back of the room. All questions were asked and all questions were relevant. The student was always the priority and the focus of the class and session. Always more time for learning and confidence building. That's the tradition where I came from and what I believe in. No uniform is required, no long term contract, and no hidden fee. The only request from me, Sensei Dennis, is for serious students only who keep their word, who come to class on time, who are respectful to the martial arts and the sensei, and who are willing to trust and learn. Any student who is willing to learn comes into the room leaving their ego at the door. With that agreement in mind, then that's our contract. Private classes are 90 minutes long and can be requested for any day of the week at any time provided that the time is not already scheduled.
