Robert - the owner of RPM has been taking care of our pool and spa for the last two years and simply put … he is Fantastic!!
Prior to Robert we used the "company that always serviced the pool" of the prior owners .. they were fine but I felt like I was being nickeled and dimed everywhere (from separate billing for chemicals each trip – to follow ups for items that should have been included) and they did not do 365 care (I got an email in the middle of winter saying I should watch my pool water height – yea sure that is easy while under cover and 20 inches of snow!) – Robert’s solution is a simple all in number for pool service – how simple – now I know what I am paying, and he even will take the fee (which was less then the prior companies when I added it up) in two payments … can you make this any simpler Robert? (but it does not stop there!)
Well … needless to say, Robert is a TRUE 365 care provider. In fact he was here today … digging out the cover from 20 inches of snow, to lower the level and check the chemicals so we can have a great opening (and this is the 3rd time he was here this winter!).
In addition to great 365 care, he is an honest service provider, never trying to upsell any parts or chemicals – with one of my pumps starting to go at the end of last year, Robert and I sat down an discussed a longer term strategy that will address the pump (when it fails) and while addressing all my questions about switching over to a salt water system / new filters.
And the best for last … we have had crazy weather in the East the past few years, lots of snow storms in March and HOT September / Octobers. Two days before we were to close our pool, Robert called me and asked me if I wanted to keep it open a few more weeks (as there was a heat wave approaching) … well HECK YEA! Our family got a few extra wonderful fall swimming weeks in!! Now THAT is service, not only is Robert taking care of our pool, but looking out to make sure our family pool experience is the best it can be.
