This was the first time hiring a private investigator and I felt uneasy going in, but after a phone conversation I felt much better and everything was taken care of as discussed. All fees were explained up front with no surprises with the bill. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After asking a few questions, she went to work and had results for me in 48 hours. When those leads turned out to be dead ends, she dug further and found out of state records that will help me find the owner.
