I've done a lot of research on trainers in the Buffalo area, and Jay is the only trainer that is not only into the fitness but nutrition and your well-being itself. One of the best things I have done over the last five years, was to sign up with Anna at Catalyst Fitness. When I started in March 2017, I had chronic arthritic pain in my hips and had let my weight get out of control. In working with her, my hip pain has gone away, and I lost 4 inches around my belly. She has also worked on making me substantially stronger and fit. Her approach has kept me quite interested, whereas in the past I would quit after a few good months. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness and health.

I spoke to Ashley on a Tuesday, she was able to meet with me on that Thursday and had me training the following week! I like training with Ashley because she's incredibly knowledgeable and personable. She's does not limit her service to just exercise either; Ashley was able to guide me with my eating habits and tweak them where I needed it most. She also offers writing out an exercise regimen on days away from Tailored Fitness if you're lost in the gym. I started training with Ashley for police agility tests. I can already see improvements, i.e. I could barely do push ups when I started in December, now I can! And I enjoy the semi-private option. It's cost effective and fun! Everyone you meet is super friendly.

In my first consultation with Coach Alessi he told me he would change my life. In a little over a month he has done just that. I lost 4 inches on my waist and dropped my BMI 4 points as well as changed my attitude toward physical training. Coach is nutritionist and a physical therapist in addition to being a trainer. He always challenges emphasizing safety and I leave my private sessions with a feeling of well being and accomplishment. I would highly recommend Coach Alessi to anyone at any age. I am 67 yo and have never felt better!
For years I had entertained the idea of having a personal trainer and when my friend highly recommended Bob Alessi, I made an appointment to talk to him. His easy manner, thorough explanation of his procedure, and professional demeanor were very impressive and very convincing -- and I can add that all the points made in this initial meeting have carried through in each session I have had with him these eight or nine years. Bob cares -- is always asking during the workout how one is feeling, always explaining the correct form in carrying-out the exercise and carefully correcting what is physically necessary for the exercise to be most effective. Bob is a superb trainer and working with him will greatly improve your physical fitness.
Great one on one training sessions. Definitely feel my strength and endurance has improved and there is a high priority placed on correct form which I have an appreciation for as an AD military physician. Highly recommend if you are looking to improve your physical fitness in an efficient and effective manner.
I have trained with Megan for almost 4 years . When I started with Megan I couldn't even get to the floor to exercise because I was so overweight . She always understands my limitations and focuses on helping me to achieve my goals . She makes every session challenging and always ensures that my technique is correct to prevent injuries . Megan also helped me train for a 5k race . It was one of the hardest things I ever did and she never left my side . I also walked a half marathon ! Four years ago I would never have done that but with Megan's encouragement and motivation I strive to do better . I still have a ways to go but overall I'm stronger , feel better and my weight is down. I would highly recommend Megan for anyone who is looking to improve their fitness and health goals ....
I've been working with Tim as my trainer since mid-November (2013). I'm seeing consistent improvement in my strength and over all fitness. His workouts are customized and continually changing. He pushes you but so subtly that you don't notice until your work out is done and your tired. It's been a very positive experience! I have recommended him to friends!

Found Alex when looking for a way to lose weight after having my last child. I didn't expect for his personal training to completely change my lifestyle. Nick is an exceptional personal trainer . He has worked with me on a fitness and strength program for the last 8 months. By following Nick's program of exercises and having the individual session once a week, I have gained strength, lost weight , and feel much better with more energy. He has an excellent knowledge of the latest fitness and strength trends and equiptment. He tailored a program to my individual goals and helped me achieve them. He has a vast knowledge of anatomy and injuries as well. He knows just how far to push you. At the end of a session with Nick, I always felt exhausted but also felt good. He doesn't have me do the same exercises every week to keep it interesting and to work on different areas. Beyond that, he is a really good guy, always positive and encouraging.
