Introduction: I developed a training method that combines principles found in Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Yoga and Traditional Strength Training in order to produce individually tailor programs and group boot camps that are meant to deliver faster results without demanding drastic lifestyle changes from my clients I specialize in several types of clients--those who need to obtain a particular look/hit a certain weight within a short period of time (fighters, actors, models) as well as those who are pressed for time when it comes to their training needs (career driven professionals, frequent travels). I have also developed programs for those who wanted improvement in their functional performance or wanted to learn advanced moves like muscles-ups and front levers. A section of my practice also focuses on rehabilitation of sport specific injuries, primarily focusing on the knee and the elbow.

I cannot say enough about how incredible this program has been. More than any other work out I've done (my own calisthenics, lifting, kettle bells), these results are tangible and immediate. I'm a serious competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, every night I have to do hard grappling, which means I cannot be tired or drained. Yet, I do Kalos every morning (3 on 1 off), and 8 hours later I feel strong, energized, and fresh. My jiu jitsu has drastically improved along with my raw strength and stamina. I feel healthier than I've ever been, in 4 weeks I've DOUBLED my pull up max, added 1.5 inches to my chest, and traded 5 lbs of fat for 5 lbs of muscle. I look different. I'm an active guy and there has not been more than a few weeks in the last 10 years were I was not working out 5-6 times a week. Nonetheless, in just 4 weeks, the visible difference to my body is almost hard to believe. My back is much bigger and more erect (my posture is better), my chest is broader, and my core is visibly stronger and more cut than ever before. My legs tire slower and their power is noticeable. I think the best thing about this program is not the above - it's the philosophy behind it. The idea of finishing fresh, feeling energized, and quality over quantity has changed how i workout. It's been easy to relearn or UNlearn the idea of "pushing myself" because the results have been so spectacular. I don't wake up feeling like I got hit by a truck. I finally feel like this is a program that prioritizes LONGEVITY while also providing RESULTS
