Introduction: "Raise your words, not your voice. It is rain that grows flowers, not thunder." --Rumi
In this age of digital communication and virtual connections, our words are the most powerful tools that we possess. Language creates the path to our goals, but it must be harnessed properly in order to yield the results we desire.
I am a Los Angeles-based writing coach, editor, proofreader and Spanish-English translator specializing in AP and MLA styles. I earned an undergraduate degree in Spanish with a minor in journalism, and spent 10 years living in the Caribbean perfecting my Spanish skills. I also have a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management with a certificate in Sustainability Strategies, with working knowledge on a wide variety of subjects. I am a freelance editor for clients such as The Hollywood Reporter and small nonprofits. I have also worked on children's books and Spanish transcription.
I love language, and I am dedicated to helping you organize your ideas, and generally customize your pieces to meet your goals!
