- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour usually. Mainly because it is very difficult to give a fixed rate for a house when you don't see it. It isn't fair to either party to quote a price and then either have it take way longer for me to do or a lot less time to do. I am fair and want to quote a fair price. I am always willing to negotiate a price that makes us both happy. Most services charge per item such as stove, refrigerator etc. I charge nothing extra. If it's in the house I will clean it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do an initial clean to see how long it takes me and then discuss either a set price or hourly price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Only the nursing part of what I do. I stay up to date on my CPR/First Aid and EMT training.
