- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically discuss with the customer what they envision in their event. If they have any ideas and then give them an idea board of their event. From that point we start working/selecting their different options for their cake design or dessert table.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I am a certified in Event and Hospitality Management. I am a self thought baker and have taken courses in the field of baking and decorating.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When people kept asking me if I did this for a living and I was doing it for family & friend birthdays.
