Introduction: My name is Caitlin! I offer piano and guitar lessons as well as horseback riding lessons as well, but in person. I’m based in Wingdale, NY for the horseback riding lessons. A little bit about me.. I have been around music my entire life. I grew up learning music, how to play instruments, and learning music theory. I currently play 5 instruments, specializing the most in piano, guitar, and audio production. I have been around horses for 13 years. I have been teaching lessons for a couple of years now starting with those with no experience through intermediate level. I teach basic horse skills such as grooming as well as riding. I do a combination of both in a lesson. I love working with children of all kinds, as well as adults. I have different methods of teaching that individualized for every person. I am very passionate about teaching. I focus on patience, understanding, safety, and quality in each of my students. I want them to understand why and how to do something. I have a 10 year old who gets distracted very easily. Caitlin did a fantastic job at not only keeping him engaged but peaking his interest so much that he asked questions. She texts him daily to remind him to practice. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. My son looks forward to his lessons.
