- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs I do involve website design. Most clients call me for that reason. After we start to build a business realtionship i educate my client on the other services I offer, such as search engine optimization and online marketing. Most clients do not no of these services or do not understnad these services when they first call me looking for website design, but it is a necessary piece if one is looking to have an online presence.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One job I did that I am very proud of was for a client I did a website for. At the time of the website build I also added some search engine optimization content. A few months after the completion of the website the client call me wanting to know how he could get more exposure online. We did some online marketing for him and the number of leads for jobs increase greatly!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
That having a website does not mean you will be getting thousands on people looking at your website every month. Think of a websites as an unlisted phone number, no one knows how to contact you unless you let them know your number. In order for a website to be found it take additional work. A website will not be found unless it is optimized for search engines. Search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing will not automatically put a website one the first page of web searches unless the proper things are done to it. Also linking your website to soical media helps a lot.
