In all the rooms: *All areas dusted. Items first removed then replaced for all around cleaning. *Pillows and cushions fluffed and straightened *Tile and hardwood floors damp moped. *Carpeted floors vacuumed. *Baseboards dusted *Cobweb Removal *Window sills wipes down *Fingerprint removal on all surfaces *Glass tables cleaned *Picture frames and lampshades dusted. General Straightening In the kitchen: *Clean and dust outside of appliances *Mop Floors *Counter top and back slashes cleaned and disinfected *Cabinets washed or dusted (outside) *Sinks scrubbed and disinfected *Floor Vacuumed *Exterior of all appliances cleaned (inside upon request) *Window sills cleaned *Fingerprints all areas removed *Trash emptied *Dishes washed *Dust & wash table and chairs In your bathrooms: *Sinks thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed *Tub & tiles thoroughly cleaned and disinfected *Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined *Toilet cleaned and disinfected inside and out *Vanity top cleaned and disinfected *Mirrors cleaned *Window sills wiped down *Trash Emptied *Baseboards dusted and wiped *Vacuumed and hand washed floor *Any fingerprints removed. In your bedrooms: *Carpets vacuumed *Floors washed *Ceiling fan blades dusted *Furniture dusted *Trash emptied *Lamps and fixtures dusted *Mirrors and windows cleaned *Pictures dusted *Linen changing (if left out). Commercial and Office: *Emptying of all trash and taken to outside dumpsters *Vacuum all carpeted areas *Wipe down all washable surfaces with disinfectant cleaners. *Dust all file cabinets and all computer equipment *Mop all floors *Wash all inside windows that can safely be reached, (meaning we don't have to move heavy equipment.) *Wash all entrance door glass *Clean and Sanitize all employee bathrooms *Wipe down all counters, microwaves and sinks in employee break areas *Dust for cobwebs *Disinfect all door handles and all employee desk phones *Open to other duties not specified. Some additional charges may apply depending on additional duties. *Every building as well as the cleaning duties that are preformed are different. For this reason, I do not charge by the hour I charge by the job. *Additional Services* *Clean stove (inside) $25 *Clean refrigerator (inside) $25 *Clean windows (must be able to reach) *Fall and Spring cleanings *Special or unscheduled services: parties, company functions, etc. *Move-ins / move-outs, home selling & cleaning for new owner
