Thanks to WMF event planners team, not only children, but also all adults found themselves in the most beautiful, mysterious, magical forest, which was created for birthday party of our daughters. We hired 2 bartenders to serve drinks (beer, wine & 2 specialty cocktails) for a corporate happy hour. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. And the drinks were great! Staff was also very helpful with planning the event at the last minute. We would definitely hire them again!

Peter was super professional, super nice and very easy to communicate with. From the early stages where we worked on the menu - Peter was very supportive and open minded to all my demands (10 people, lots of food allergies to handle) and through the whole event - he showed on time with all the equipment and left the kitchen tidy and cleaner then he received it ;) Thruogh the event Peter was amazing, he served and explained about all the dishes (which were AMAZING) and paid attention to all the small details such as the visibility and serving. It was HUGE success and my guests kept talking about it 2 days after the event. I would definitely use he's services again

Jessica and Kelly, both did a very good job at my sister-in-laws baby shower a few days ago. They were very easy to work with, and very committed to their jobs. They were excellent behind the bar, serving food, as well as the clean-up. Also, they were very pleasant, which makes it even more fun to have them around. AMAZING!!!!! There are no words to describe how happy I am with the job that 3R's Catering & Events did for my baby shower. I wasn't aware od how stressful planning an event could be, but Regina relieved me of all of it. I gave her my vision and let her take the reigns. I'm so happy I did. All I literally had to do was SHOW UP!!! The team took care of mu guests and I all night. I couldn't have ask for a planner/decorater to be any better.

I don’t usually dole out 5 star ratings but it is well deserved here! Eleni was a monumental part of planning my son’s first birthday party. It was a football themed party for approximately 100 people. Despite some challenges with vendors, Eleni out did herself with planning and decorating the space, in addition to making and setting up the items for the dessert table! Everyone loved it and I received so many compliments! Eleni was a pleasure to work with, she was super responsive and always kept in touch with updates (no matter what time of the day or night) I am especially grateful to have had her by my side throughout the event to give me gentle reminders to keep us on schedule with my specific timeline! Eleni’s event planning services are reasonable and I would highly recommend her for any event planning, decorating and dessert table needs! I cannot thank her enough for the excellent job! Shami

I am writing to recommend Amazing Events as I have now used their services 4 times to enhance my parties. At each event décor and entertainment were provided to enrich our atmosphere and guest enjoyment. Marty is extremely professional and passionate about event planning and décor. His many years of experience and talent lead to help guide me to a stress free and beautiful event. Marty provided inviting balloon décor in ways of arches, centerpieces and Balloon dance floor enhancements. His decoration using Balloons were the perfect touches to the many Sweet 16’s hosted as well as for my wedding. The balloon features were interesting and all of my guests loved how different and fun as they transformed the spaces. On top of providing the décor for my events Marty went above and beyond to entertain our guests throughout the party. He is vibrant and enthusiastic about what he does and truly takes pride in his work. Marty entertained my family and friends performing magic at my events, where my guests of all ages were intrigued and amused at his act. His performances were the perfect touches to make my parties stand out and ensure everyone was having a great time. Having used Amazing Events for multiple parties I love to recommend their services to family and friends. Marty controlled all décor for my events and made me feel comfortable and confident knowing he was handling it all. Agnes is the best. She is very hardworking, humble , passionate about the work she does and full of innovative ideas when it comes to event decor. Me and my wife were looking for decorator for long time for her baby shower event. We were looking for someone who treat the event like if it was their own.We probably met 10 different event decorators before we met Agnes . Almost all of the decorator we met before Agnes had no new ideas and very expensive respect to what our ask was. They would all show us the booklet and ask us to choose any one of the theme which is what we hated the most. Event like baby shower comes only once in life and we wanted to make it memorable for our lifetime and it had to be unique. Agnes on the other hand is completely different with great positive energy. She listened to us on our first meeting and she virtually showed us on how she can make our dreams in to reality. She was full of unique and beautiful ideas. we decided to let her handle our event decor right on first meeting. She just didn't stop there. She came up with more unique ideas along the way and even surprised us with more on the day of baby shower. All most all of the guest that we had complemented about the decor. I personally cared more that she put a big smile of the face of my wife. Me and My wife were very happy with her work and wouldn't hesitate to trust her for any of our other event.

Her cooking is exceptional. I have had quite a few dishes that are truly unique and absolutely delicious. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with her catering skills. In addition to her cooking, Germaine has also been more of a partner. She is very creative and has come up with ideas on how to lay things out, decorate and tie everything together for a great experience. I am a firm believer that the ambiance and setting of an event just highlights the overall experience. I would highly recommend her for any event. She has handled events as small as a 8 person meeting with clients to 300+ person event for one of my offices.

I cannot say enough great things about Ani! She was the glue that held the morning of my wedding together and my only regret was not having her throughout the duration of my wedding day. Our venue provided a coordinator, but she didn't touch Ani's level. Ani is prompt, professional, organized and so sweet! She is everything you could ask for in wedding planner/coordinator. She made me feel so comfortable and confident everything was going to plan. I, myself am very type A and she could tell I was very concerned about the timeline. She was there every step of the way telling me how much time we had left or that we were "doing good on time". Exactly what I needed to hear. In addition, she kept my now husband and his groomsmen in the loop at a separate location and kept us all fed and hydrated. She was the best friend I'd met twice, but couldn't have done without on my big day. Thank you Ani!

    May I begin by saying this lady right here does it all . Not only does she organize parties, she bakes , decorates , and she is also a MC. She literally made my baby shower worth wild within a budget . She isn’t money hungry at all . I told her what my budget was, gave her my ideas, she also added her own ideas which was great and of course since I had pregnancy brain at the time her input was beyond helpful . I don’t normally believe in party planners because I always have that “ I can do it myself “ attitude but when your actually sitting down and trying to get your thoughts together and u just have a brain fart, you become discouraged and then have that” I don’t even wanna have this event anymore “ you need someone like Dawn who keeps you stress free at all times .     A day-of wedding coordinator makes sure that every detail of your wedding day goes off without a hitch, and deals quickly and quietly with any last-minute emergencies. For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours.     When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

    • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
    • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.

    Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

    Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day. Then, on the big day, the coordinator makes sure everything goes according to plan — and handles any emergencies that pop up, such as party crashers, missing tuxedos, late vendors, disappearing bridal party members and more. Most wedding coordinators also handle:
