My consultation lesson with David went splendidly, and I can't wait for my first official lesson next week! David is genuinely interested in knowing my background as a singer and helping me achieve my goals for the future. I can already tell his lessons will challenge me and improve my overall musicality. Not to mention David is incredibly encouraging and positive! Highly recommended.

Mara is an incredible instructor. My voice lessons have been so comfortable and non judgemental, especially considering how awkward learning to sing can be early on. My voice was improving significantly after just a few lessons.

When I was fifteen years old my father passed away after an extended battle with stomach cancer. After this I began writing words that people told me were lyrics, but I was no singer. I had a hero that was a singer, a heavy metal singer named Rob Halford, but the crazy notes he hit, and the incredible way he used his voice seemed unattainable to me. As I went through H.S. aided by my friends, a friend of mine named Elsa was taking voice lessons with a teacher in our town of Caldwell, and since she saw me in Choir, and knew of my love of music, suggested her teacher to me. I have been a heavy metal singer for 27 years now, and though I am not a famous person by any stretch of the imagination, nor do I sing in any way similar to Mr. Halford, I owe my longevity, my knowledge, and the respect of my peers to Rae De La Cretaz. Rae did not just teach me how to sing, she taught me how to connect my voice to myself, and considering the emotion that was collected inside me, once I learned how to do that, I was able to realize things about myself I never thought were possible. When I found her again through her online presence some 25 years later and I all the way across the country the only thing I could think to say was thank you. If you're looking for a voice teacher, she is the best, but if your looking for a way to connect your voice to your person, and who you are as a human being, if you look any further you are making a grave mistake. I had an absolutely fantastic lesson with Pamela today, and I am so glad to be able to work with her! I'm a very out of practice singer (I haven't sung anything in about a decade) and I wanted to begin lessons again to get my voice back in shape. Pamela gave me an excellent variety of vocal exercises to begin with, and I went from feeling very discouraged to very excited to be singing again. She was pleasant and encouraging, along with being extremely knowledgeable. I very much look forward to our future lessons, and I highly recommend her, especially for someone like me who has newly returned to, or new to singing.

I have been working with David as a bass teacher for a couple of months now to re-develop my skills and he has been a fantastic instructor. David has a great ability to read where you are in your development and come up with fun and relevant lessons to advance your development. He clearly has a deep knowledge of music theory but makes his lessons in theory much more interesting than any I've ever had and has me look forward to learning every week. David has made learning bass fun and I'd highly recommend him.

Serge went out of his way to meet me earlier than usual. He was both professional and friendly. Informative and patient. He cares! In our first lesson I learned so much. He covered the basics along with a few moves. Serge is the real thing. I can comfortably recommend him.

Michelle is the piano teacher I wished for when I was a kid! Michelle is patient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. One of the things my 7-year-old loves most about Michelle is that she lets her explore her musical creative side. Michelle has guided my daughter in composing her own music, tackling tough songs of her own choosing and in introducing instruments like the harmonica into her selections. Michelle is always upbeat and full of positive energy and as a result my daughter loves her music lessons.

After years of procrastinating, I finally started taking Spanish lessons. Beatrice has made the process both stress free and enjoyable. She develops lesson plans to provide the needed basics, but can adjust faster or slower based on my ability to absorb the information. Beatrice is both friendly and patient and she is thoroughly knowledgeable in the Spanish language.

Jimi not only helped me learn my way around the guitar, but more importantly was a key factor in helping me find my voice in music. Even to this day without taking lessons I find him still teaching me in bringing my music to the real world and supporting what I do. I could not recommend a better teacher!

Sean's been my tutor for a year now, and I've been very pleased. We've had one-hour lessons roughly every other week at my apartment where I have a keyboard. My previous experience with a piano was negligible, so we began from scratch. He was completely open to covering nontraditional materials that I was focused on and weaving that into a customized curriculum to meet my personal goals. He's always on time and is prompt when confirming schedule changes. He has a great ear and can quickly look at a piece of music he's never seen before and catch subtle mistakes I've made while playing. As an adult learner, I've had less than ideal time to devote to independent practice, but Sean is patient and encouraging. I always have tons of questions that verge on tangential, but Sean is very knowledgeable and corrects my thoughts when appropriate and relates them to topics we've covered. Overall, highly recommended. I hope to continue our lessons for the foreseeable future.

Josh is quick to respond and easy to schedule lessons with. His lessons themselves are super efficient and he truly takes his students' goals into account to help design practice sessions for them that will get them playing quickly and well. He's knowledgeable and knows how to infuse some basic music theory into his teaching.

Kevin is a pro, through and through. I couldn't ask for a more patient, knowledgable teacher! I've taken lesson with Kevin for a few months now, and my music theory and guitar playing have benefited substantially. Kevin always has ideas for exercises to help reinforce a concept we're working on. Despite his incredible expertise, he is always patient and approachable, never pretentious or "over-my-head". I only wish I'd started taking lessons with him sooner! I would 100% recommend Kevin.
