In my opinion Jaisen was the only choice! From the very first contact you get the sense Jaisen is different than the other personal trainers who contact you. He and I met yesterday to discuss my goals, I also took advantage of the complementary personal training session. And I have to say it was a great experience!! From the first few minutes you get the feeling that he's very interested in your goals and wants to help you achieve them! He's very concise and to the point. Highly knowledgeable and made me aware of how important nutrition is. Jaisen is a true professional and I'm very much looking forward to working with him. I would highly recommend Jaisen and his team of fitness coaches to anyone looking for passion and professionalism when it comes to helping people get excited about changing their bodies and getting healthy!!
My first meeting with Craig was great, the level of professionalism he has was what help me pick him from other options, his energy, level of commitment and attitude are amazing. Niko, aside from being an excellent trainer, he is a genuinely nice guy who really wants to help people with their fitness goals. He really listens to what you say and tries to target the areas that you need to focus on. He actually promotes a full lifestyle change versus a quick fix as quick fixes never really pan out. I really enjoyed the differences in my sessions, so I never got bored. The only thing I wish would change is if he would email me his playlists so I could use them for my own workouts without him :). I would recommend Niko to anyone!!!
Rhonda is a wonderful personal trainer! It was obvious from the first time I met her that she knows her craft very well. My workouts are constantly changing to meet my changing physical abilities. She takes into account my lifestyle (full-time working mother of two kids) and plans workouts and diets according to what is realistic for me to do. She is incredibly flexible in terms of time and location of workouts, which is a huge plus for me. And, as icing on the cake, she is just a good-hearted person to be around.
Working with Kathy is awesome- I do see myself working with her for a long time. Love her coaching and encouragement as well. Kathy, trianing is all about proper form and no injury! And that is key for proper weight-lifing!!! One can get awesome training without the overly soreness- muscles are worked without the extreme shred. Love it! Great workout and great coach. I wasn't sure how coaching worked and if it would be for me. I was a little shy at first to reach out and talk to someone I didn't really know. After working with Judy, I was able to really express my true thoughts and feelings regarding topics I could barely tell anyone else. I gained more confidence and strategies for reducing stress and learning how to deal with specific triggers that hindered my potential.I throughly enjoyed Judy and her feedback to my concerns. The frequency and timing of sessions was easy to manage with a busy schedule and the resources she provided me will continue to help me in the future. I would definitely recommend Judy's services as she is a reliable, personable and incredible individual who has helped me progress in areas I was always unsure how to correct on my own. It's not only the professional side but also the personality of Coach Evis Bejko, he is a very humble and patient person that gives more than 100% of his everything to the student and his knowledge is really outstanding.
Tom has shown that he genuinely cares about how, when, and if I progress. He is invested in whether I actually achieve breakthroughs toward my personal success. Considering that my goals are so immense: to metamorphosize an ashamed, unhappy, ineffective, & lonely guy, with limited professional influence, into a proud, happy, effective, socially fulfilled, & profoundly influential version of myself, it would have been easy for him to give up on me. Even though I'm confident many life coaches in his position would have terminated our relationship months ago, dealing with such a high-maintenance client as myself - expressing to him hundreds of suggestions / criticisms / requests, expecting a personalized experience that caters to my individual needs, and offering frequent pessimism or guarded skepticism at best - he has been patient, flexible, & determined to support my progress. It has been several months since Tom started coaching me, and I have consciously delayed writing a review until I might have a sense not just that he cares and won't give up (after all, that's part of the job description), but that he will actually help me transform myself, in ways that countless others haven't. I have worked with therapist after therapist for years & years, undergone treatment with psychiatrists, hired dozens of countless project collaborators and personal assistants, and tried more times than I can remember to count on the support of family and friends in order to help me make the steady progress needed to break out of a deep debilitating personal rut that has lasted for decades. All of the above have been unsuccessful. I naturally wasn't expecting Tom to be any different. But I gave him a shot, deciding that I deserved a chance for renewed hope. I almost gave up on him and on myself, but he didn't give up on either. And finally, after months of 'blood, sweat, and tears,' I have come to believe there is hope at the end of the tunnel. I'm beginning to make steady transformative progress, and I'm looking forward to the journey that lies ahead. Prerequisites for success: I have to be patient, make a few reasonable leaps of faith, and make an investment in my future, emotionally and financially. I also have to be an active participant and be willing to gradually take the reins myself. I finally have to accept his limitations, while recognizing and counting on his strengths. His limitations: Tom is not a miracle worker, and in comparison to others I've worked with, he's not the most charismatic, inspiring, eloquent, forward, original, perceptive, intellectual, tech-savvy, exciting, or assertive. But his STRENGTHS far outweigh these limitations: He is persistent in his efforts. He is determined to be an ally on the road to victory, offering extra support when needed, never conceding defeat. He is compassionate, showing empathy for my experiences & struggles, frustrations and pain, & and my initial often-pessimistic attitude. He is patient, and will put in the time to understand, listen, and reevaluate / regroup when necessary. He is humble and modest, not expecting recognition, praise, notoriety, credit, or gratitude for going above and beyond. He is affordable, & ends up charging far less money than he could for his time, and far less than any of the other life coaches I considered, let alone being a mere fraction of the cost of a therapist or psychiatrist! He is respectful, as a friend would be, but sensitive & honors any boundaries I set. He never speaks down to me. He is honest, and when requested, very candid about what he thinks needs improvement, more, focus, or a shift in perception. He doesnt rub me the wrong way as a salesman might, as though Im a source of income, but always treats me like a person who deserves to achieve his dreams. He is passionate about helping people. He works very hard, often going above and beyond what others would do, putting his clients ahead of his personal life. He is fair, respects agreements, honors his word, readily forgives, and shows lenience. He is creative, willing to try to approach problems from new perspectives and angles. He is open-minded, willing to work with approaches and systems hes unfamiliar with that I know are likely to be effective. He is trusting, and gives me the benefit of the doubt, while also helping me to become more accountable. He is reliable, and I have been able to count on him in ways I couldnt count on therapists, employees, mentors, friends, & family. His system of "open access" helps me throughout the week, and this unique system of coaching has been the key to my success, helping me beat procrastination and not lose sight of my goals. He is flexible, & accommodates limitations, changes, and conflicts with my schedule, deficiencies in my attitude, and treats my perceived failures like learning opportunities to take a new, more promising approach. He is resilient, and puts up with much more than necessary for someone in his position, and never complained once to me about it. Finally, he is kind, complimentary, and friendly. He's like that 'conscience on your shoulder.' I would recommend him to anyone who is considering hiring a life coach, or to anyone who has unfulfilled dreams they know they deserve to and could achieve, but haven't. Mack is nothing but exceptional at his job and an inspiration for me to push myself to the limits. From his training, I was able to lose close to 10 pounds, and, more importantly, obtained great health benefits (like lower cholesterol which had been an issue in the past). He not only took patience and care to teach the different exercises but also went above and beyond by making sure I was engaging in a healthy lifestyle at all fronts. Bottom line, I recommend Mack without reservations.
My husband and I have been training with Gil & Trinnie since June now and we continue to do so! They are so good at what they do - we are seeing results in both weight loss & getting stronger. They are very flexible with our fluctuating schedules and tailor the work outs to our bodies. It's hard work and they do push us as needed but are also caring if it's just too much for us sometimes . Both Trinnie & Gil are so enjoyable to work with and helpful with diet as well. They've changed our mindset and lifestyle for the better and highly recommend anyone in the area that needs help working out, on weight lossz, strength training, etc. They're the best!!
I made the decision to train with the mentality of making an investment in myself. Little did I know it would begin to be a complete change in lifestyle. It has been because of Kevin that I have been able to break thru so many personal (both physical and mental) boundaries. It has been amazing to see and feel how far I've come and I couldn't of done it without him. Thank you for the advice, guidance, the push & even the laughs that we've had along the way. We're off to a great start! I just signed on for a 3 month life coaching cycle with Jerry and am very pleased. I had my 1st coaching skype session earlier this week and gained much clarity and many useful takeaways both through our session and through the discovery questionnaire she gave me to do prior. Life is already feeling better. Jerry is very responsive, kind and professional!

I'm not one to write reviews.... ever... (because I never have time) but on this occasion, I decided to MAKE time because my results (with Mobile Fitness, specifically Erica Straub, my trainer) have been, life changing and it would be a beyond selfish to not share. I initially contacted Mobile Fitness via an app and the follow up was instant and consistent. I needed to do something different as I was in a rut and I was aligned to the most experienced, understanding, thorough, knowledgeable and on-point trainer of my life, Erica. This girl is AMAZING and changed my life! My goal was to shed the pounds, shred my body and most importantly, learn to eat (healthy) without depriving myself or my lifestyle. I'm a challenge because I have been yo-yo dieting for years and doing fitness competitions (in a very unhealthy manner) so I needed a flexible trainer, who understood my challenges, to meet me at 5am, in my home, 3 days a week. Words can't express what Erica has done for me! She has been incredible. She has helped transform my mind and body. I am stronger, more toned, make wiser food choices and have not had to give up my wine!!!! I am obsessed with my trainer who, after only 6 months, I now consider a friend.
Kevin Burns has a depth of knowledge, compassion and understanding that I haven’t seen and or experienced in a long time. I contacted Cody after reading the many rave reviews this year. I wanted to shed a few pounds and just feel good overall and Cody kept me highly motivated! He not only was always on time, he made every session so unique and kept me interested always! He had a ton of fun exercises for me to do and he also sent me numerous recipe ideas and reading on paleo diet plans and easy-to-follow healthy eating habits. I was just happy to get out of my sedentary lifestyle! My husband has also contacted him and is going to begin training with him after i filled his ears with how good Cody was! We couldn't be happier with his commitment towards our well being and his dedication!

My experience with Theresa as my health coach was excellent. She helped me see further into my eating habits and ways to work through my daily urges. Theresa has a lot of patience and very knowledgeable about health coaching. She not only teaches but also follows it in her own life.
