Jaisen was wonderful to work with, of the fitness trainers that reached out to me he was the most communicative, organized and professional.. Jaisen payed close attention to my concerns and set me up with a female fitness coach that I'm very much looking forward to working with. He has the right temperament and addresses your goals as an indivisible. I would absolutely recommend working with Jaisen and one of his coaches!
Words fall short to describe my journey with Greg, The Personal Fitness Coach, he takes time to understand ones own challenges and helps to get changes in day to day routine without feeling forced, he also has an immense understanding about how much can ones body take and slowly builds the strength with introduction of various excrsise to build up strength, I right now in my 3rd week have already lost about 5 ibs of weight without going through boring and strenuous workouts and starving crash diets, it's fun to be with Greg, every morning I get up and feel like exercising, and that's the biggest change Greg brought in, the desire, and then with the muscle strenghth slowly built up the desire has converted into action, I highly recommend Greg for any one, any age as the personal trainer.😇😇
I came across Niko when I was working at a Hedge Fund and equinox offered our company a complimentary session. I myself have always felt that I weigh far more than it appears and was often ashamed. I lost 30lbs on my own before working with Niko but let me tell ya after working out with Niko he helped add on an additional 50lbs off. Niko not only teaches you what to do in the gym he teaches you how to eat as well. I loved the boxing portion of our training sessions. In addition to fitness training we went through a series of stretching routines, and I can say with confidence his technique and my following through has eliminated my back pain. I cant say enough about how much Niko has helped me and I look forward to others having the privilege of working out with him. He is an AWESOME trainer, motivator and a Great person inside and out! Charles is great trainer all around. His training style uses many techniques and stuff I would never of done on my own. He also gives you training ideas to do on your own. He has a lot of equipment and every session is different. I would recommend him to anyone.
Positive and upbeat, skilled and consistent, Rhonda brings all of her professional attention to each session in a very friendly and enjoyable manner. After years of failing to find a way either on my own or with other trainers to find the discipline to workout in a steady and long term, life-style changing way, finding Rhonda over a year ago has led to the best shape I've been in since my early 20's ..... and that was a long time ago. I highly recommend Rhonda to anyone looking for personal training for fitness, and life style change.

Kathy is really awesome. I just started and I feel like I have been there for a while. She is affordable and gives you your monies worth. All these gyms and personal trainer cost twice as much as her and you don't get what you pay for. I enjoy working out with kathy. I would recommend her to all.
Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them until I met Carlos. I didnt just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: Ive lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. If you dont believe it, just ask me.
I have been working with personal trainers for the past 9 years and, in which I have worked with almost 6 different great trainers! With that being said, my current trainer, Bejko Evis, truly took it above and beyond and took the service to a whole new level. Throughout the last couple of months working with him, he was always extremely knowledgeable, hard working, caring and he always pushes me to break new records. If you are looking for a high intensity workout with s cool guy- Evis is your man!
Exceptional in every single way! When I contacted the burning zone, the response was prompt. Based on my goals I was match with Ulysse, he offered the first training for free. I had worked with personal trainers before, I could tell right away he was knowledgeable. He heard me out on my goals (strength building and body balance, not weight loss) and at the end of the session he came up with a plan on how we should work out. Ulysse's positivity and attitude towards health and fitness carries over to all aspects of your life when you work out with him. He is a strong nutritionist, adjust the workouts to your body and your needs and constantly switching things up. He watches you closely and ensures you get the most out of every exercise, he knows how to push you hard but not over the edge. Ulysse has a motivating effect which is exactly what you want in a trainer. On days you don't meet, a text message reminder to make healthy choices and will encourage you to stay on track. Ulysse is truly invested in your personal success, this isn't just some one-size-fits all program. I also love that he does not believe in or push products/supplements and other garbage onto you, his method: healthy eating exercise, rest and hard work. Ulysse is energetic, motivating, an awesome person and trainer. I enthusiastically recommend him to anybody reading this who needs a fantastic personal trainer.
My experience with Brenda has been great! I do not exaggerate when I say that she has changed my life for the better. Brenda is super approachable and has a heart of gold, but she is also extremely knowledgeable and takes her job very seriously. It’s the perfect combination! I reached out to Brenda, because I needed to lose weight in order to fit into my bridesmaid’s dress. Over the course of about two months, I was able to lose more than 20 pounds with her guidance. The dress fit like a glove! The picture is of a different dress I wore soon before and again soon after my trainig sessions. I recommend Brenda if you’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others achieve their goals, who is knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, who will answer all of your questions even outside the gym, who will tailor a plan for you that is effective, who will be friendly but will also push you as needed, someone who is working alongside you and not just barking directions at you when you’re working out. Ratul is a magnificent trainer. I've been through several trainers in my life and he is the best bang for the buck that I've had. he clearly knows what he's doing. He's also an extremely friendly and likeable guy! But he does push me! He didn't waste the whole session just chit chatting or going on his phone while I complete my reps. He gave me a specific plan blueprint that I can use even when I stop training with him!!
Ed is the man! What else can I say? My wife and I were looking for a trainer who could address our personal fitness goals leading up to our wedding. With a 3-month window, Ed was able to evaluate each of our individual needs effectively and construct workout programs that he trained us on, simultaneously. We are extremely pleased with our results. Ed's program not only helped us reach our goal, but has really set us up for long term success with our physical fitness. We'll be continuing our training with him for a while I think.
Chris is such a wonderful personal trainer with a great energy!! he helps me not just reaching my fitness goal, he also helps me regaining strength after my ankle surgery! he always makes me smile even if I was having a bad day! :)
Carmen was a fantastic trainer and gym mentor. I was the type of gym member that had my three machines that I stuck to because of convenience, not knowing what to use for my body, and I was simply intimidated. Carmen not only educated me on how to get fit and the machines to use but she built my confidence at the gym. I am very grateful for her giving me the right tools and that extra push. My experience has been great! He is very accommodating and constantly motivates me. I am new to fitness and properly working out, but he takes his time to explain and model the workouts. He also pushes me even when I feel like giving up. Every day we meet he takes the time to explain what I will be doing for the day and what each workout targets. He’s also very patient and responds to messages very quickly and promptly.
