What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every kitchen is different it's hard to have a standard price. A Reface average is $4k-10k installed, new cabinets could be 12k-30k installed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the potential clients, go over your specific needs and wants, go over the price and contract. Once we agree on the details we install your kitchen or Reface with 6-8 weeks.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Family owned, since 1958 I'm the third generation of Cabinet Doctor
