I had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Dennis and Mr. Joe for a carpet removal, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and really took the time to explain everything they were going to do. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the job, and offered helpful tips for future projects as well. What really impressed me was how fast and efficient they were. They completed the entire removal quickly without cutting any corners, and they made sure to leave the space spotless afterward. It’s rare to find professionals who work so neatly and take the time to clean up as they go, but they did just that. Dennis and his team did a great job. They removed our carpet quickly, efficiently and neatly for a very competitive price. They brought everything out to the curb as well. Dennis responded to the job right away and was very upfront. We have more to do and will be calling Vance Carpets to do the job. Excellent experience - we are thrilled to have our carpet up!
