- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is determined by time necessary to resolve the issue; however, a leather accessory would start at 35.00, a jacket at 175.00 for a small issue. A cushion sent to us would start at 100.00. On-site visits require travel time and cost plus actual labor and materials and are too broad to give an example here.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Email or Initial phone conversation followed by our viewing clear images of the item to determine approach and estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Studied leather restoration in Europe and in US.
