- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is always the same working with a new or old customer. After identifying the problem, I try my best to explain the cause of the issue, my customers dont always know exactly what's wrong and alot of my competitors take advantage of this, I dont. Then advise them of the best options to get the issue resolved, how long its gonna take and what its going to cost.

I have worked with customers seeking to upgrade there current plumbing system and also customers experiencing plumbing emergencies.
