I was extremely impressed with Natalyas sensitive yet demanding style of teaching. Having never taken Yoga classes before, I was unsure what to expect or how to judge her aptitude as an instructor. I decided to let time and my body determine for me. Classes started out very slowly, and although they became gradually more challenging, Natalyia remained sensitive to my bodys limitations till the end. Now, having taken ten classes with her, I feel that I can join a group session anywhere knowing that I have acquired the necessary tools to confidently follow my teachers instructions. I recommend Natalyia whole-heartedly and will dearly miss her as well as her classes.
I had the pleasure of taking a private yoga lesson with Jennifer. She's an amazing teacher. I was very impressed by her experience and knowledge about yoga. She made me feel very comfortable. At the end of the session I felt very relaxed. She taught me many poses to help with my back pain. I will be taking more sessions with her.
Meredith was professional, fun, and listened to exactly what my needs were for our class. I booked her for my sister's bachelorette party. It was a mix of beginners and intermediates and Meredith's class was great for all levels. She had a great sense of humor and she tailored the music to our specifications. It was amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a private yoga class.

I am not in the best shape and have some work related injuries, so I was apprehensive about starting a yoga program. Once I met Alyta all my worries and concerns disappeared. Taking class with Bre is nothing short of inspirational. From her uplifting music, her energizing sequences, to her hands on adjustments; she is the total package. What I love most about taking her classes is her ease in understanding of where and who you are in this moment and what you need in turn from your practice. I came to yoga for more physical challenges in flexibility but what she has given me in physical capabilities has only been exceeded by how she has expanded my way of thinking and inner peace. She is most definitely an instructor worth following.
Meeting Kate has been one of the best things that has happened to me. Not only is she very experienced Iyenger yoga teacher, she is very warm and patient, too. With my medical condition, I have a lot of issues, but I feel very comfortable and well looked-after in her classes. 👍
Let me start by saying I am NOT a yoga person. I just couldn't understand WHY people like yoga?! Then I started doing privates with Meryl about a year ago and now I actually look forward to our sessions. She has made yoga approachable for me. She tailors the session to my needs each time. She knows when to push me beyond my received boundaries and when I need to go easy. She has made into a YOGA person - and that was no easy feat!! If you are looking to start a practice or deepen an already established one - I highly recommend Meryl.
