- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have been told that my competitors doing similar specialized remodeling have lower prices by 25%. It is important to me though that the first cost estimate is the only price clients pay. I never upcharge once the job has begun.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a walkthrough gets us on the same page for design and scale of project. Then careful planning is done. Finally the crew comes over and neatly executes the construction plan.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to do some pre-construction product research ahead of any estimates. There are so many designs, materials and color options available..so get a good sense of what your shooting for.
