- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• Pricing for personal training is arranged into a four-week package • A four-week package consists of the number of sessions per week, times four weeks • Sessions are 30, 45 or 60 minutes • Session fees ranges from $37.50-$85 depending upon session type, length and distance traveled • Once we determine how many sessions the client wants/needs per week, an invoice for the four-week package is emailed to the client prior to her/his first session • At the first session, all sessions are scheduled on the available dates and times the client wishes to have • Payment in full for the package is to be made at this time. This payment secures the dates and times the client chose and are exclusive to that client • After all sessions have been completed, a statement for the next four-week package will be emailed if the client wishes to continue training • Payment is again required at the first session of this next package • We conveniently accepts cash, check, Venmo or Zelle
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for all new clients is generally the same. The initial consultation involves a discussion about the individual's goals, needs and variables regarding strengths, limitations, scheduling, questions, etc. This session includes their initial assessment. This assessment consists of a series of range of motion and muscle tests, performed on a treatment table, to identify muscle imbalance, joint instability and inefficient movement patterns. This information is essential to enable me to outline an effective and safe initial training prescription. Following this assessment, we begin training on the next scheduled date. Payment for the agreed upon training package is received at this assessment or at the first training session.
