- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more information you give us the more of an accurate quote we can give. We have separate fees for floor install, base moulding, and transition moulding
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get all the customer's information on the job then meet with the customer to measure the exact sq/ft of the floor to give a estimated quote and negotiate the price and if the customer hires us we then setup a date to do the job
