We charge a flat rate fee for most jobs, no matter how long it takes to complete. All prices below are for services only. We do not keep parts in stock. Parts are ordered by the customer (with our assistance) and are charged directly to the customer. We will beat any competitor's prices on our services; just ask. • Computer troubleshooting and repair - $69.00 • Virus detection and removal - $49.00 • Computer set-up (out of box experience) - $19.00 • Small business set-up - $49.00 • With networking - $79.00 • Travel up to 20 (Google map) miles radius of Mt. Morris - free • Beyond 20 miles radius – for each additional 20 miles, add $10.00* • Tutorial/advice on computer purchase (includes availability for questions while shopping), per hour - $10.00* • Emergency software repair by phone/remote 24/7 (if you are not sure what the issue is, give us a call, to diagnose over the phone) - free • If work is done outside business hours, or if we have to travel, add $20.00* *All affected prices are pro-rated based on actual time or mileage spent to assist the customer, i.e., if the additional mileage is 10 miles, it will only be a $5.00 charge; if the emergency repair is within an hour of closing or before opening, charges may be waived.
