This was my first time working with a personal trainer and it was great. Not only is Ojo a physical example of fitness, he also has very exceptional knowledge of nutrition. It was like having a trainer and dietician in one. I was also impressed by his efforts to know more about me which made the experience much more comfortable for me. At times, It felt more like he was my gym partner than my trainer which was amazing. The only thing that bothered me was how distracting the gym could be, sometimes making me feel like I was not being paid attention to. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's trying to jumpstart their journey to fitness.
The acrobat was so pleasant to work with. She made me feel like any change was possible and within reach. Although I had to make some major dietary changes, none were too drastic and I never felt that I would be unsatisfied with my food options. She is the best dietician I have ever worked with!
Lauren was terrific. I feel like I'm fairly knowledgeable about food. She worked within my comfort zone while encouraging me to try new foods and to think about nutrition a little differently. She came up with a comprehensive meal plan for a week that would incorporate my habits and goals, and talked through a number of the things that were affecting my health. She's quite thorough, and unlike most nutritionists/dieticians, she provides solutions that are customized for you while also making you aware of general guidelines and recommendations. She also provided a great list of resources which will further educate me.
