- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A lot goes into pricing a paving or masonry job: the materials most importantly, the hours for the men, the safety precautions, permits, and time from the materials plant to the job site. Keep all this in mind if you get a quote and are surprised by the number!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most often, we repave parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks for both home owners and businesses. We also do a lot of hardscaping for homeowners: retaining walls, patios, outdoor kitchen areas. If it is made from stone, asphalt, or concrete odds are we can do it!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That before any job can start, there is always some paper that needs to be pushed around! When looking to get work done on your property, its important to remember that the people you are hiring are going to have to get all sorts of permits just to start the work.
