Introduction: My clients tell me that I genuinely care about their needs and goals, forming a strong working relationship that allows for success, whether this is weight loss, injury rehab, speed and agility training or strength and conditioning. Mentioning that I'm intuitive to their needs during our sessions. Helping people in general. Helping others improve their quality of life, even a little bit, is rewarding. I enjoy seeing a client do more and go further than they ever felt possible. This type of success can spread to other areas of the individuals life and to me is what a huge part of personal training is about.

I have worked with Spencer for the last 3 months. He is always punctual. While he has the plan prepared for the session, he adapts the workout routine based on that day's situation as required. This ensures continual motivation. Spencer had an advanced degree in physiology and he us able to articulate how his prescribed routine would impact the body. His focus on core body strength has been very beneficial for me. Spencer has a terrific attitude, personable approach and I highly recommend him.
