A tremendous professional with a big heart. Herbert helped find simpler, inexpensive fixes to our old piping problems. Did not try to sell us on “solutions” to problems that don’t exist as is unfortunately common in the industry. Thankful to know an honest plumber with reasonable prices and great attitude. Mr. Herbert and Mr. Forest amazing workers… not only they understood my concern, but they were very helpful and understanding and the price was amazing. Very thankful with these guys. When con Ed came in they said it was only one gas leak but when the guys did the test, it was multiple leaks throughout the whole gas pipe. Not only I recommend these guys to my other friends that have houses but I will use them again.
