We worked with Katherine Fonsella from DeCicco events and cuisine and she was WONDERFUL. We were planning a pre-wedding dinner for about 100 people in the Tarrytown area, but we live in Northern California. We did not know any venues or caterers or suppliers. Katherine helped us find a great, unusual loft venue, arranged all the decor, tables, lighting, and set up the catering from DeCiccos. The staff were excellent, the food was very good, everything went off perfectly. We are so appreciative of all that Katherine did to make our event wonderful!
I hired Angel Waitress service to be staff for my wedding on 7/1/17 and I am very happy I did. Nancy was great leading up to the event, and even though she didn't staff herself to work that day, she still came to make sure everything was OK. I loved that she said she takes pride in her work and that really shows. The woman who worked the event were great and I would certainly hire this company again. I'm in the business as well, and though it was a big day for me, I could see how seamlessly they were taking care of things! I cannot say enough great things about Adrienn and my excellent experience. She not only tailored my gown excellently, but I also purchased another gown from her for a future event. My daughter also found 2 fabulous dresses too. Anyone who needs any alterations, dress design, wedding gowns, bridesmaid dress, etc. You cannot go wrong with Adrienn. Highly recommend!! Simply put, we couldn't have had our wedding without Ana! We did all the wedding planning, but wanted to have someone coordinate the schedule and logistics on our wedding day. Ana was absolutely perfect!! She was diligent in attending our final meeting and rehearsal, and offered invaluable advice leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, Ana and her assistant were professional, attentive and very organized throughout the event. Before my husband and I walked out for our first dance, Ana even noticed he was chewing gum and ran over to tell Doug to spit it out! From the very first phone call to the last hour of my parents 70th wedding anniversary party the service was beyond our expectations. Sunflowers works with your budget and provides the 5 star service and quality at 3 star prices that they claim to provide. We will use them again no questions asked. Anna was perfect. I hired her for my wedding last night as a surprise to my husband . And one of our friend hired another belly dancer for us as a surprise so we had 2 different belly dancer and Anna danced second. So i was a little nervous cause I thought it might be a little to much and boring. But she made us to forget the first dancer. She was smiling all night long. Visited all tables and took care of everyone individually. I have no idea how she did it but end off the her dance all guests were on the dance floor and having fun. She is very beautiful and talented. Everyone loved her. Definitely recommend her. Thank you Anna
Dave was amazing! We hired him for our wedding that we had at home with 40 guests. I can't believe he was able to make such an abundant buffet of appetizers that was also absolutely delicious. His crab cakes were amazing and disappeared in a flash. I was actually upset I only got the chance to have one! His hummus and eggplant was so good we were digging around for more leftovers. The meatballs stole the show and in second place was the cider braised bacon. People were eating well until 2 in the morning! He was also so helpful in helping us set up the food. I don't think that's necessarily part of his job but he saw that we were a little stressed trying to get everything ready before the ceremony. My Made of honor wasn't even dressed yet and he helped her move our kitchen table into the dining room! Really a great guy who takes pride in his food and in his services. Dave was also very good about getting back to us, answering questions and making sure we had a nice mix of appetizers to please all our guests (even the kids). He was very professional from start to finish. I highly recommend him because you will feel reassured and I feel he will only give you his best.

We hired Bella to provide day of coordination at the last minute for our wedding in December. Her and her team did not disappoint! I was so overwhelmed with all of the details of my wedding and my 325 guest but Bella and her assistant covered everything and handled the coordination seamlessly. Excellent job!
Marianna and her assistant were present at my wedding on October 16th at Princess Manor in Brooklyn. From many months before the wedding, Marianna has been on top of things. She had an excellent way of keep everyone calm and engaged in the wedding experience. Very pleasant. I would definitely recommend her for many more events.
Rica is definitely a professional. I had my hair and makeup trial with her last week and I am confident I am in good hands for my wedding (which is next week!!). Before the trial, I sent her pics and videos of what I was looking for so she was prepared. At the trial, she gave me her expert opinion on what would/would not work and then worked her magic. I'm always a bit weary about having a professional do my makeup because I'm of Asian descent and most non-Asian MUAs don't know how to work with Asian features. I have to say... Rica impressed me! She did some research before the trial and then we worked with each other to get the ideal look for me for the wedding. Rica is also such an honest, trustworthy person. I could tell from reading her reviews and speaking to her via email and on the phone even before we met that she takes pride in what she does and she has experience too. Can't wait to see the final hair and makeup result on my wedding day!! I will post another review after the wedding!
My husband and I decided to plan our own wedding, because we thought keeping it low key would just be super easy and doable. We were completely wrong, duh, and in dire need of help. After speaking to several Day of Coordinators, my husband found Brittney and thank goodness that he did. Brittney was not only a life saver but she transformed our raw empty venue into a magical evening. She is a visionary -- our wedding venue was Cynthia Rowley's showroom (one giant space, no rooms). We decided to have our ceremony and reception all in one place but had no idea how to go about it. Brittney's extensive experience eased our fears as she came up with a detailed concept to smoothly transition through events. If there were any issues that occurred with our vendors, we had no idea about them because Brittney took care of them from the get go. She's very detail-oriented and we love that about her! From creating spreadsheets, blueprints to emails and phone calls, she took care of absolutely everything without any issues. She also made herself available to us at all times, more than we ever expected. If you are a nervous wreck like I was, you can count on Brittney to check up on you with a smile, and towards the end of the night, with a plate of food (thank goodness for that!) We absolutely recommend Brittney and her wedding services. She's the sweetest, most efficient , professional and highly dependable to get the job the done. We loved our wedding day and would not change a single moment of it.

Rohanie was the best wedding planner ever. My husband and I were in two foreign countries while our wedding was to be planned in the NY. Rohanie had to deal with 6 hours time difference with myself and 8 with my husband. She was extremely patient, professional and responsive to our late or early messages, emails, requests and questions. I can't count the number of times that I would ask her for something and she would simply answer by ''it has already been taking care of'' or ''it's already on the to do list''. She will also come up with ideas and suggestions that made the most important day of my life absolutely perfect. During the wedding, she was everywhere at the same time, making sure my hair was still good, adding more lipsticks, lightening candles, talking to the DJ and the photographer, making sure all the guests had food and drinks. The best feeling by having Rohanie around is that she has the this calming and stress killing effect, I enjoyed every single second of the wedding thanks to her. Rohanie also planned a get together with both families, knowing that my family members were coming from abroad and that they were spread in different hotels. She managed to provide transportation and took care of logistics to make sure everybody will get together to spend some time and know each other before the wedding. This was also a little complicated as some members didn't even speak English. As final comment, Rohanie will simply find a solution to every single problem.
My fiance and I used Distinctive Visions event Management to take care of our wedding invitations and the service was nothing short of wonderful. I wasn’t entirely sure where I wanted to go with the style for them (we have 6 different colors in the wedding), but Nya was patient and helped lead us in the right direction. I am very happy with the final product, and we didn’t have to do anything except mail them! She worked hard to stay under our budget and was still able to deliver the perfect invitations. I will definitely use Distinctive Visions again in the future for more than just invitations.
Utterly Elegant weddings did an amazing job with our wedding. They started working with us 4weeks before our wedding day. They worked with our wedding vendors with all the details, when and where to set up and coordinated with our wedding reception venue. Plus, they coordinated all the bridal party and also set up place cards for all our guests. Packed all our gifts and belongings in a safe place till the reception was done. Pretty much they made our wedding day perfect especially when we thought we would not need a wedding day coordinator. It was the best investment we ever made. They gave us the chance to enjoy our wedding day. Thanks again.
Novaoriginal Events was the event designer for my wedding last year. I had seen pictures of her work and decided to trust her with the most important day of my life. From the décor to the flowers to the lighting to the cake, even the dinner menus, it was more than I could have even imagined. She planned every detail which took alot of stress off me! She took my vision and turned it into such a flawless luxury event my family is still raving about it. She was very warm and professional and responsive to what I wanted. So of course I turned to her again to design my baby shower this past July. Again it was a gorgeous 5 star event beyond my expectations. I would recommend her for any event. See my pics below! Lauren and Justine made not only the day of the wedding run without any faults, but also the weeks leading up to it. From the first planning meeting with Lauren, it was evident to me that the wedding was in superbly capable hands. She took over communication with the vendors and confirmed every single moving part of the wedding to create a master schedule, and then check in every step of the way to be sure that everyone was aware of the scheduling and to get live updates on the status of the schedule. Her organization made it simple for us to understand what tasks we had left to do and clearly showed a plan to execute all outstanding items. I wasn't worried about forgetting any details because I knew Lauren had them all handled and would also check all of them with us while adding her experienced suggestions. On the day of the wedding, Lauren and Justine went beyond my imagination in how proactive, cheerful, helpful, and all around amazing they were. Lauren cued each parent and bridesmaid when to walk down the aisle in the ceremony. Justine communicated with our reception venue and helped set it up while the ceremony was ongoing. At the end of the night, Justine was able to pack up all items and make sure everything we needed to return to us got back to us that evening safely. There was no stress in either getting what we needed to the venue or taking everything back home. Due to Lauren's organization with her pack lists prior to the wedding and Justine's meticulousness, there was nothing in question for us. Hiring Lauren was our best wedding decision - we can't have imagined our day running so seamlessly without her and her team. Any prospective couples out there should get their dates on Lauren's calendar and rest assured that their day will run perfectly. We had the most magical day, and not once were we concerned about any planning details. Our vendors, bridal party, and guests noted how organized and smooth the event ran, all thanks to YWbL!
Jermaine was a great officiant, did not mind giving input on other aspects of the wedding and was completely flexible as there were many last minute changes. I Will definitely be recommending him to family and friends getting married.
