My instructor (Caroline) had really helpful feedback and modifications /amplifications as necessary to accommodate the different levels of experience each person had with the yoga poses. I was glad to feel like I was fully participating in the session without risking injury or feeling uncomfortable as someone who is newer to yoga. The session was challenging but low impact, exactly what I was looking for when it comes to my goal of building strength. My favorite part of the session was the relaxing wind down and stress on mindfulness. I highly recommend CJ Wellness and I am excited to attend my next session soon!"See more
