Introduction: I've been bartending for over 10 years in the tri-state area. I have experience in all aspects of hospitality with my main focus on bartending. I am currently employed with the biggest hospitality company in NYC and have been there for almost 4 years. Sonja was a tremendous bartender- couldn't be happier with how it worked out! She showed up early to set up (including with supplies that she brought). She was professional, talented and efficient. Sonja even recommended a list of specialty cocktails to add to the menu based on the ingredients we had! Incredibly pleased with Sonja and will definitely recommend her to others.

Hired Sonja as a bartender for our housewarming party. Sonja was awesome. Showed up on time, with a full bar setup in terms of tools, mats, wine key etc. There were about 50 people at the house and Sonja handled the crowd well. The bar area was kept clean and orderly. Sonja was able to make every drink requested of her. Everyone was pleased with the service. Definitely recommend Sonja for your next event.

Working with Sonja is a wonderful experience. She is very optimist and a problem solver. She is always able to adapt to any occurring event. She is very friendly and always has a smile in her face. She always provides fantastic bartending services. She is not only professional and responsive but extremely helpful in planning on how much alcohol to buy, designing a signature drink, and working with the supplies that are provided. Absolutely great service, I would definitely recommend!!

Hiring Sonja turned out to be the best move we made in our party planning. We were having a college reunion and from go she was suggesting specialty cocktails catered just to us, took care of all the details, and was one of the highlights of the party itself. She handled 30 thirsty people by herself with ease, and by the end it was as if she went to college with us. Everyone had such a great time and our bartender helped make it happen. Thank you so much Sonja for making the class of 08’ a happy one!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is the industry average and do my best to be as fair as possible! If you have any questions regarding pricing, I am more than happy to answers them and some things can be negotiated.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key and to make sure that the customer is happy throughout. The customer needs to be getting exactly what they want in order to achieve that goal. I will send an email with all necessary info in detail so that the customer and I are both on the same page in regards to but not limited to form of payments, uniform, what I will be providing, a shopping list of what is needed for the customer and any suggestions that were requested. I will also confirm the day before and check on any last minute needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am TIPS certified and I also have my NYC Food Protection license.
