- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is the industry average and do my best to be as fair as possible! If you have any questions regarding pricing, I am more than happy to answers them and some things can be negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key and to make sure that the customer is happy throughout. The customer needs to be getting exactly what they want in order to achieve that goal. I will send an email with all necessary info in detail so that the customer and I are both on the same page in regards to but not limited to form of payments, uniform, what I will be providing, a shopping list of what is needed for the customer and any suggestions that were requested. I will also confirm the day before and check on any last minute needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am TIPS certified and I also have my NYC Food Protection license.
