Mark and his colleague were a pleasure to deal with. He arrived punctually for his evaluation meeting and immediately have me a very reasonable quote for the project, which was the replacement of two old Bilco cellar doors. The work that they did on this project was top notch - they were very thorough and professional and the quality was just what I was hoping for. Mark is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about his trade and I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful contractor.Nov 2, 2017Verified
Mark was punctual, professional and efficient. His quote was very fair. I found it extremely helpful that he picked up from Home Depot all the parts needed to complete the job. I placed a request on thumb tack at 11:00 am, and Mark was able to schedule a same day, late afternoon appointment for me. I was very pleased with the work completed and will definitely be asking him to complete other electrical/plumbing tasks in the near future.Aug 15, 2017
