What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with the typical phases home design.

We require a payment of half down with the final payment due before delivery of completed drawings. We generally work on a project until the client is happy with the design. After the final phase is started, changes are billed at an hourly rate. We give our clients multiple reviews of the design documents.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently finishing my degree in Architecture.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Great Grandfather, Grandfather, and my Father were all contractors. I worked with my Fathers company hands on, learning the trade from the time I was old enough to swing a hammer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with homeowners, contractors, and architects all over the United States.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently completed a home that was quoted at 1.2 million for than 700k. The construction process was completed within a year. This particular set of drawings took several months to complete.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at previous work completed and get references.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Have an idea of the space requirements you need, measure the existing space you live in now and determine what a rough size of an ideal space would be.
