- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a multitude of factors. For instance, my pricing is based on the customized menu I've created for you, food & labor cost, amount of people for event, type of food the client is specifically seeking, as well as travel cost/time if applicable. I'm flexible with pricing depending on the clients budget so it's affordable for them. I'm open to providing discounts where I can, in order to meet the needs of my potential client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to try and get an idea about what the event is for, birthday party, baby shower, wedding, and/or anniversary. Once that's established, then I'm able to cater the menu around the theme of the event, like whether it's more beneficial to do plated versus family style. Once we discuss the specifics of the event their looking to host, then we would go over pricing and figure out what their overall budget is. Once I know their budget then I'm able to accurately and effectively create a customizable menu to cater to there needs. I'm always open to working with the client in order to ensure the event goes smoothly which in return will provide relief and peace of mind to the client.
