I hired Jampaganza Management 3 years ago and to my delight, I was able to walk away from my property as I saw it was in good hands. My calls are always answered, they work with me on prices no matter what our contract states, they are firm and kind with my tenants, emergencies are always handled immediately, rent collection is on time, tenants pay or pay late fees and Jampaganza Management company collects. I own property in the Park Slope Area in Brooklyn New York. I have been with John Hoelzle Property Manager from Real Property Management Innovation since January 1, 2016. I have found John Hoelzle, very professional and knowledgeable. He will go the extra mile to solve an issue. There was a problem with the resident bathroom toilet. John handle the situation and kept me informed until the problem was resolved. If I have any issues of concern I can always contact him by email or call. Every month I get an invoice of the collection of rents and any repairs that was done during the month. I look forward to a long term working with relation with John Hoelzle and his company.

Do property managers need to be licensed?
