Jaisen is really Serious about getting you the results you desire and he's very knowledgeable in his craft of Training and he even offers tips on weight loss. My initial meeting with Dewayne consisted of a one hour fitness assessment to establish a realistic starting point for my program. Following that meeting, I began a twice per week workout schedule consisting of full body resistance training followed by, when time permits, 20 minutes of cardio after the session is over. I struggle with chronic pain and Dewayne does his best to try and modify exercises so they are attainable. He is extremely laid back and willing to go at a reasonable pace to help his clients achieve their fitness goals.

Since I have started training with Kadian I have seen great results. Not only does he have a expert knowledge of physical fitness but has the unique ability to know his clients needs. Greg is an excellent trainer! He gradually pushed me during the sessions while cheering me up and checking my conditions all the time. I appreciated it whenever he reminded me what I am training for. I also appreciated his commitment and flexibility. All the sessions so far have been very enjoyable, each session is designed differently and all of them have been impactful. Be prepared to have some soreness afterwards..

I love working with Charles. He has always been motivating and apparently driven by a love for health and fitness. Willing to go beyond obligations and willing to help with excercises and additional aid even if not during a training sessions. During the third year I was training with Rhonda, I underwent a joint resection in my shoulder. As an adjunct to the physical therapy I needed, I continued to work with Rhonda, albeit on a slightly modified schedule. During that time, she helped me stay on track with the cardio and other strength training we had been focusing on, while still protecting the shoulder while I regained my full pre-surgery range of motion. Another client of hers and I nicknamed her the "the serial abs killer" while we were comparing notes after our respective training sessions. Rhonda is a very caring professional who always encourages her clients to be the best they can be. She possesses a wonderful skill of identifying weaknesses and then finding multiple ways (some even fun) of addressing and overcoming them.

Waking up at 6am is difficult and being energized is even more challenging. But Peter is able to keep me focused, engaged and enthusiastic with my 6am workouts and I leave feeling great and ready to tackle the day. He has listened to my workout goals and developed a personalized workout plan for me. I feel like I am working out more effectively than ever before and I can't wait to see the results (I am only a week in). I was impressed the first session when he said that it was a better use of his and my time if I did my cardio warm-up before he arrived so that I wasn't paying him to watch me run on a treadmill - I feel like that showed he respected that I was paying for training and he wanted to make sure I got my money's worth. Peter has also given me great advice about nutrition and workouts outside of my training sessions with him. I feel like he knows his stuff and will ensure I don't injure myself or strain anything while at the same time pushing myself beyond what I think I can do. I feel great and I'm very satisfied so far and would recommend him as a trainer to anyone.

I have enjoyed training in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 4 yrs now and Serge is one of those instructors I have a lot to thank for that. I have taken his classes as well as his one on one personal training sessions to work on advancing my skills in Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Serge is super skilled at addressing our needs and gearing our training to what most benefits our improvement. He is also very accommodating to schedule when training sessions are desired. Serge has a great rapport with his students and proves his skills by all the years of training in various martial arts. You won't be disappointed training with Serge. I guarantee it!

I recently started training with Carlos and he’s exceeded all my expectations. I’ve been training for over 20 years and am in pretty good shape, but wanted to get my body to the next level. Since I never worked with a trainer before, I was not sure what to expect. Carlos is truly amazing and I mean it! He has a terrific demeanor, exceptional motivator, inspiring and has innovative approaches to driving results. In a short period of time, he has taught me creative methods to shocking my body. Additionally, he provides guidelines for clean eating along with a training regimen you can do when you’re not with him, to keep the momentum going. I really believe what sets him apart from other trainers is that he genuinely cares…During one of my workouts, I arrived on an empty stomach and immediately, he brought me a protein shake to ensure I was properly fueled up for a hardcore workout!! He won’t EVER let you give up and does an excellent job at picking you up, when you are down. I would LOVE to train with him Forever & Ever, because, YES, he’s that GOOD! I have been training with Ulysse for a few months. I have used other person trainers in the past and he is by far the best. He has a great personality and he really motivates me to push beyond my usual limits and just not in our training sessions. I take what I get from our sessions and use it when I'm doing my own workouts at the gym. I highly recommend him. He's awesome!

My husband and I have been training with Gil & Trinnie since June now and we continue to do so! They are so good at what they do - we are seeing results in both weight loss & getting stronger. They are very flexible with our fluctuating schedules and tailor the work outs to our bodies. It's hard work and they do push us as needed but are also caring if it's just too much for us sometimes . Both Trinnie & Gil are so enjoyable to work with and helpful with diet as well. They've changed our mindset and lifestyle for the better and highly recommend anyone in the area that needs help working out, on weight lossz, strength training, etc. They're the best!!

Ratul is a magnificent trainer. I've been through several trainers in my life and he is the best bang for the buck that I've had. he clearly knows what he's doing. He's also an extremely friendly and likeable guy! But he does push me! He didn't waste the whole session just chit chatting or going on his phone while I complete my reps. He gave me a specific plan blueprint that I can use even when I stop training with him!!

Kevin is a great coach. Easy to reach and very accommodating with scheduling. My sessions with him focused on improving my posture and mobility, with a mix of weight and cardio exercises. He constantly assesses my movements and forms and arranges workouts to work on my weak points. I felt much more mobile after two months of training, and my shoulder/neck and lower back pains are much better these days. My physical exam results also improved a ton during this time (blood pressure back down to normal range from borderline hypertension, and cholesterol numbers have also improved). It's a great personal training experience at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely continue training with him if I weren't moving away.

I'm always on the go, and fitting in time to go to the gym is not always in the cards with my schedule. Being able to work with Erika and Mobile Fitness, in the comforts of my home, on MY time has been awesome! As a former athlete, when she arrived at my home with a couple small 30lb weights, I thought our workout would be a 'cake-walk'... I don't think I've sweat so hard in YEARS! I used to think that I could only get a solid workout in a gym, with HEAVY free weights and/or 'pumping iron', but in our sessions, she would (for lack of better words) kick my butt with lots of body weight focused workouts, resistance bands, and high intensity training! She even addressed multiple issues with my knee mobility (which I had lots of problems and issues with in the past, but no more!). I'm BEYOND pleased with the results I've gained through Mobile Fitness and can't wait to see what kind of results I'll reach in 2018!
