Oxi responded quickly. Their quote was a little higher than other carpet cleaning quotes. But it was WORTH sit. They were punctual worked quickly (5 rooms in one hour) the drying process was only an hour and that was a plus!!! I will use them again.

I love my new chairs - these are Ethan Allen chairs that needed to be reoovered and restained/painted - they look totally brand-new and better than the originals.

Prompt , very courteous, flexible, understands spanish, and very knowledgeable. He is worth every penny in gold. He has knowledge of his craft, and of other types of repairs. Sewage, Plumbing, Electric, Drywall, Flooring installation. I will be using his services for quite some while.

Honestly my carpet wasn’t the condition they got it I took a picture of it before I sent it over to them and they said it was in worst. That as them stepping all over it without a care. They were super unresponsive and irresponsible. And the carpet smells horrible and our stains in which was the reason we got a carpet cleaning now still there. Waste of money to be honest. I guess they tried their best but it’s not really enough.

He cleaned a significant amount of our carpets and area rugs and they look refreshed and like new. I then re-hired him to clean our dining room chairs and they look great. What a great job they did! I coordinated this project from Massachusetts for my mother-in-law in New York. They arrived on time and did an amazing job cleaning her carpets. They were so accommodating with us in answering our questions before the job and resounding to our needs while on the job. The carpets look brand new. Great company....great service!

Fantastic Carpet Cleaning NY was a great experience. They came for their schedule appointment and before starting worked looked over my sectional and ottoman and described the two different processes that they could offer and the two different prices. They were a little more expensive than the person I had previously used, but well worth it!!! The couch came out beautiful and I would highly recommend working with them again.
