FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's always possible to discuss options with me to find a price that will work for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start out hearing anything the new student likes to sing, whether that's a song they've worked on professionally or just their favorite shower song. It gives me an understanding not just of the student's voice and abilities, but their personality, style, and what they bring to their love of performance. From there we can start to choose songs together that will best reflect the energy that the student brings onto a stage or into an audition room.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When it comes to vocal coaching specifically, be sure you know what you're looking for. Different vocal coaches have varying specialties. Some aspiring singers need voice teachers who focus on technique, some need coaches to guide their acting and performance, sometimes a singer just needs a brush-up with a really good pianist to get them ready for an audition. You don't want to find yourself looking for something in particular with a coach who specializes in something else. The more specific you can be in your request, the better your chance of finding the right professional, and the better we can do at being the right professional for you.
