I was recently arrested for DUI and received six summonses. I was originally looking at a year and a half license suspension, plus MAXIMUM fines!!! With the help of my attorney Corrinne and VERY capable paralegal Kayla, I had five of the six summonses dismissed, an $800.00 fine and my license suspended ONLY for three months!!! Needless to say, I was VERY SATISFIED with the outcome and I would GREATLY RECOMMEND their services to anyone needing capable litigation.

As a pharmacist, I engaged Gigio to review my employment contract when I was switching into a different pharmacy. He took his time in reviewing my employment contract and explaining to be the intricacies including the non-compete and non-solicit restrictions. He helped redline the contract for me for use in my negotiation with the my current employer. He went above and beyond his call of duty and was extremely personable in his approach. Gigio's approach helped me learn as if I were a student which made me comfortable in entering into the contract. I highly recommend Gigio for all of his legal services. He's one of the most responsive people I know. He has become more than a lawyer, I can call him a friend.

I worked primarily with Mike Impellizeri at Palmieri, Castiglione & Associates when I was going through a difficult legal situation. I have had many attorneys in the past, but Mike made explained everything very simply and was extremely responsive to all of my questions. I now recommend this firm to all of my friends looking for business or real estate attorneys.

Attorney Rendina helped me through painful back surgery I suffered from a motor vehicle accident when I was struck from behind. He worked with me through the whole process and was able to obtain an excellent settlement for my injury. Att. Rendina is a pure professional down to earth gentleman. Thank you again. SMR

I’ve known Barton Slavin for 12 years, having worked for him initially and now with him as a colleague. Bart has long been one of my most trusted mentors, having the experience few seasoned trial attorneys have. He knows the details and processes of litigation; has served as President of the Brooklyn Bar Association and on the Second Department Grievance Committee. He is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, insightful and overall one of the best attorneys I’ve had the pleasure of knowing.

I live in New York City and lost my father back in January of this year. My father pretty much dotted his "i's" and crossed his "t's". My father was a great father and person and left me some money. I got very paranoid while I was taking care of his estate and realized I had not updated my Will, Power of Attorney and Heath Proxy. I returned home and did not know one thing about finding an attorney to redo my own will. I did what I always do and went to see my bank manager. They have a plethora of information and contacts. He gave me three names to call. When I met Andrew I knew he was going to be the one to help me. He was very professional, informed, extensive experience in personal Will's and most of all a great sense of humor. Andrew encouraged me to get all my information together and proceed with finalizing all my goals and wishes. I appreciated his approach, his determination and his perseverance otherwise I would have drawn out what is really very important for everyone to do. Thank you Andrew. Rick Henschel

About

I am an licensed attorney with litigation experience in a broad range of practice areas including: personal injury, medical and dental malpractice, criminal defense, (misdemeanors and felonies mostly white collar crime), real estate, administrative law (state and federal), landlord-tenant, contracts, guardianships (Article 81), divorce, child custody, family law, and appellate practice. My transactional experience covers a plethora of practice areas including, but not limited to the following: Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property (copyright, trademark, artist representation, the formation of movie production LLCs, business plans, production line item budgets, demographics, investor contacts, production assistance, staffing, talent, distribution, script refinement, and all relevant written agreements). While my experience in the practice area of trusts, powers, wills, and estates is not as expansive as the above practice areas, I have drafted many wills, formed family, spendthrift trusts, and drafted many powers. Currently, I am lead counsel in a complex federal litigation alleging multiple RICO and §1983 violations against individuals, non-profit corporations, for profit corporations, and governmental departments and agencies. Thus, I am seekings clients and/or employment as a litigator or a transactional lawyer. Dependent on the conditions of employment or partnership, I am willing to merge my clients with a new law firm. My intent is the growth of my client base, access to capital, and the attendant increase in associates and support staff. Currently, my fee schedule is an income and asset based sliding-scale. Personal injury litigation is almost always based on contigency (My fee depends on a significant settlement or a favorable trial verdict.).
