Robert was the only professional to respond to my Thumbtack request for assistance with my home audio set up and drove out to the ‘burbs on a Saturday. It ultimately wasn’t a complicated or complex problem, but needed a pro to help me determine whether I had a defective amplifier or in-ceiling speaker. Robert was all over it and able to trouble shoot quickly and efficiently. He knows his stuff and is happy to explain it if you care to listen, which I did. He also knew how to set up my system for optimal sound which I could not quite figure out. At the end of an hour, Robert was basically done and resolved all of my issues (even discovering a crackling speaker wasn’t in fact a problem with the speaker at all). Robert probably saved me at least $50 for a speaker and a second visit to install a new speaker which made paying his two hour minimum charge more palatable. Lastly, he even offered to help me with some other components while he was there and had the time - which I appreciated and let him tinker with the settings on my TV to enhance the viewing experience. I would totally have Robert back to my home to add components and I would certainly recommend him to others for their AV needs. Thank you Robert- you were a great Thumbtack find.

Robert was very nice and knowledgable. He even agreed to come on Sunday because I have a crazy work schedule. It was a simple TV, DVR, sounder set up, but the wiring in my apartment was bad and he spent hours getting it all to work correctly. He even went through every setting on the TV to make sure it was set up to perfection. Highly recommend!
