Donald was super great and accommodating. I have a crazy schedule and he made it easy to make an appointment for an inspection and then a subsequent spraying. In addition, he answered my endless questions via text and on the phone about continued care and prevention. Not to mention being very kind when I burst into tears when the dreaded little bed bugs were found. Donald made it much easier to get through a really horrible and stressful experience. I highly recommend him!Nov 18, 2014Verified
When I called him after getting bit up several nights in a row, he came to my apartment RIGHT away. He was so knowledgable and honest about the situation, and he explained EVERYTHING step by step. He was also very discrete, not showing up in a HUGE bug van or anything. I recommended him to my BF, who also said he did an amazing job.Dec 8, 2012VerifiedDC CleanEx Pest Control's reply
This was a Great couple. Both asked many great questions and got positive and true answers. Both she and her boyfriend prepared properly and extensively for the treatment. They waited awhile before leaving feedback to make sure they were bedbug free. And true to our guarantee we stopped their bedbug problem.
Great people they know their stuff and calm your fears! Would definately recommend them to a friend!Jun 10, 2012Verified

Kyuan had an American Roach/Water Bug problem. We were able to assist him and his room mates within an hour. We treated his apartment and pointed out potential entrances that required attention. He and his roommates were satisfied with our prompt response.
Donald couldn't have been more calming, helpful and exhaustive in covering all the bases including educating us about the problem and the solutions. I have confidence that he did everything he could and I will await the outcome.Sep 6, 2014VerifiedDC CleanEx Pest Control's reply
Elizabeth had many questions. All of her question were answered. For additional support she called her building super to listen to the bedbug procedures and answers. Upon finishing the intervention, it appeared she was very satisfied and confident with the work that was performed.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Pest Control Professionals are required by law to take classes that earn credits in order to maintain their license. I am licensed for NY and NJ. Each state has different class requirement for Pest Professionals to stay well informed on the more current pest control issues. In addition, I have successfully completed NYC Rodent Academy training with a very well know and successful Entomologist. Yearly classes are updated in order to be a Certified Bed Bug Specialist. Most Important is my personal research for the latest and most advance technology regarding various pests.
- What types of customers have you worked with? The most common types of jobs we perform are bedbug and cockroach pest control. We perform these interventions very often. Sucessfully completing these jobs have helped us combine industry knowledge and experiences. Using this combination, we have mastered these pest control issues, especially the bedbug interventions. However, our expertise is not limited to these services. Rodents, flying insects such as mosquitoes and flies, food storage insects, termites are other pest are handle in an excellent and professional manner.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take? The most recent job I satisfactorily accomplished was a rat/rodent building infestation. Rats were running around the basement, court yard and garbage area day and night. During any given time period, one could count 30-40 rats. I developed a professional pest management plan that took 5 weeks to complete. The basement, court yard and garbage area have no more rats. Mission has been accomplished.
