- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from having an interest in the field we are required to take state mandated continuing education courses and also require all staff to undergo monthly training conducted in house as presentations or through accredited instructional centers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should be hiring someone who is emotionally and enthusiastically involved in their discussion of your issues. The pro is the guy who knows what he is talking about and takes charge of the situation. Confidence and attention to detail are important. He or she should be asking you a lot of questions and qualifying your needs.
