We're in a month into our training program with Greg and its going great. He's excellent - our workouts are a nice balance of hard physical work and fun cardio with boxing. We do a lot of laughing as Greg makes jokes and keeps our spirits up as we push ourselves with the weight training. Getting our training schedule set up was very easy and Greg's facility is very easy to get to and very clean and well maintained. Overall Greg is just top notch!
I've been working with Niko for the last 3 or so years and my experience gets better and better every week. He has turned my hatred of going to the gym into such a positive experience. I never thought that at any point in my life i would own a pair of pink boxing gloves, and now, i don't know how i could ever work out without them. Working with him has made me feel so much better, healthier and stronger than i ever imagined i could become. Being able to do regular pushups (more than 5 and sometimes fancy ones) has always been a goal i couldn't acheive. Not the case any more. His style of training makes you feel comfortable and confident and it leads me to want to challenge myself in ways i didn't think i could. All in all, i couldn't have asked to be partnered up with a better trainer years ago.
Pete is an awesome trainer! Been my trainer for over 6 months and he hasn't repeated a workout routine. Always coming up with new exercises based on your restrictions, activities that you actually like to do (kick boxing, weight lifting, spin, circuit training, etc), and most importantly your goals. Really takes the time to make sure your getting a great workout to achieve the results you want. Whatever your goals are Pete will help get you there!
Cedric is amazing! He makes sure you have fun while he tortures you, I mean, while we exercise! :) My friend and I worked out with him 2x a week for 3 months and I must say, I was in the best shape of my life! Definitely give him a try, you won't regret it!

Andre is an excellent trainer and caters to your fitness level. Always imaginative to change things things up and increase the challenge to get you on your way to your fitness goals. By changing things up, keeping you on your toes and ensuring that the workout is new, exciting and of course physically challenging. The boxing & self defense workouts are fun too because you get to hit back some :-). Andre is exceptional talent to your fitness needs.
Brenda is amazing and an absolute life saver. She is professional, committed, dependable and enthusiastic. I loathe to exercise, but knew I had to find a way to get back to being consistent and I couldn't do it on my own. I used Thumb Tack and found Brenda. She came to my apt. 3 times a week for the last 8 weeks. She always had a way to engage me and get me motivated. I did a lot of complaining and she rolled with it and met me where I was. She was always encouraging and changed the workout to suit my ability and mood. No matter how difficult I was she just supported me and I began to get more motivated. Brenda went to the gym with me, took walks, we did a lot of stairs, and had great routines when she trained me in my apt. My favorite was boxing! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Brenda. She also knows about diet and nutrition and has given me easy to follow suggestions. I look forward to continuing... I can already see my body changing, but more importantly I feel better than I have in many years! Thank you, Brenda!
Kevin is truly a ' best in world' trainer. I can't say enough about Kevin but please read this and hopefully you'll have a better idea of how he has changed my life on a very personal level. I have severe health issues and take lots of medicine. My doctors told me i need to work out with someone who can handle the complexities of my case to build bone density and I was lucky enough to find Kevin. He is like a personal trainer, chiro, physical therapist and friend all wrapped up on one. He is so committed to helping me have the best quality of life and so well versed on many things I trust him implicitly and consider him part of the core team working to make me better. I've had the oppty to work with trainers in many states who were all supposedly the best and can say that Kevin is in a league of his own. He is so creative and comes up with a different ways to challenge me, make it fun, change it up, incorporate things to help build core and posture overall and bring things into the mix like boxing that he knows I really like. I truly look forward to our sessions and always feel better afterwards, it's been great to see the progress and my doctors are thrilled that I was so lucky to find him- he has blown away any expectations. It's going great so far. He keeps workouts fun by switching it up and incorporating kickboxing. Looking forward to my results a few months from now!
We can't explain how happy we are that we found Mike A. as a personal trainer. -He's affordable -His hours are flexible He's very skilled -He trains in an easy-to-understand style -He's very upbeat and professional Our son took an interest in fighting so we went the normal route of school wrestling, boxing gym, Jui Jitsu classes which were all good. But he got bored with the same old large class rhythmic training. We then found Mike and have been using him one on one for the past 4-5 months, and with the progress and confidence our son shows, we know we made the right choice. DEFINITELY a 5-star trainer.

Ive been working out on and off for 20 years, Ive tried every kind of work out and diet, and have run into a wall because trainers or myself have tried to do to much in too little time or not appropriately. Gary took the time to pace things out and make sure that Im ready physically and mentally to go to the next level and most importantly to make sure I'm successful with my goals. Not only is Gary a great guy but he is always paying attention to details making sure you do things right and get out that extra REP!. I have lost over 40lbs over last 5 months and have gained muscle and I feel great. I highly recommend Gary to anyone, who really is ready, to get in shape, feel good, and be healthy. I plateaued while doing the same workout regimen and I needed someone to help me improve. I was looking for trainer on Thumbtack, and I have received a message from Curtis telling me that he will be able to help me reach my goals. After reading the reviews from his clients, and doing the assessment, I immediately decided that I wanted to train with him as soon as possible. I improved dramatically from when I started with him till now and I am still improving. Every session with him I do learn something new. Last May I was looking for trainer who would help me lose some unwanted body fat and improve my overall body strength. Tom reached out, explained his methods, and we've been training ever since. I really liked the fact that he's also a boxing coach since I've always wanted to learn how to box. I had no prior boxing experience before meeting Tom; he is extremely patient and is able to guide me through each step. I am now just starting to spar and feel that my boxing training has drastically improved. For strength training Tom showed me how to use Kettle Bells and Club bells; I must say I enjoy these workouts much more than the typical weight training workouts because they focus on using your entire body and not just one part. It's been about 8 months since training with Tom and overall my strength and core have drastically improved as well as gaining a good amount of muscle (almost to the point where I am able to complete my first pull up) If you're in looking to improve body and overall health then going with Tom is a no-brainer!

Levar is highly knowledgeable about boxing, both from a conditioning standpoint as well as mental. He has been training for over twenty years—post his professional boxing career. How do I even begin to describe how Joe changed my life? I remember our first session together, and how I was in a fragile, emotional state. I was weak, inside and out. I felt weak, like the world was happening to me, and I had no influence or control over my life. I had always gone to the gym, but without purpose. I have been working with Joe for 4 years. I have since moved away from home, but Joe would always clear a spot in his schedule for me. Oh Yes!!! working out with Mr Italy has been great. My goals was to enjoy my work out whilst achieving results and learning how to exercise when I was training by myself . I got addicted to Nico's trainings and at list twice a week I train with Him! Having a Master Personal Trainer like Nico has been my best investment ! I have learnt what to eat and how to exercise properly evoiding Injuries. Last Year I used to train with a young Personal Trainer I was getting bored to perform always the same exercise and i got injuried and demotivated !. There are many trainers out there with not experience proposing their low cost services ,trust me it is not worthy to save the dollar when it comes to good health !!! This year I have really enjoyed the Fit Fight Training with Master Trainer Nico! It is a combination of Boxing, MuaiThai, K1 Martial Arts! Nico help me to getting rid of all the stress anger and frustration,I was accumulating from my work place !I lost weight(mainly Fat) and I build up some good muscles. I had so much fun training with Nico! He knows how to motivate me ,thanks to his many years of experience my training are always different! I have been able to practise yogalates,body building,Spinning,Runnig,Martial Arts,and fantastic Stretching sessions with Him.

Mike is a trainer with vast knowledge of how our bodies work and proper exercise form making our sessions most beneficial. My 10 yr. old son and I have sessions 2 times a week. Mike is teaching my son the proper dynamics of football focusing on player safety, speed and strength. No doubt he will be ready once August season rolls around. My son has lost inches, grown muscle, and gained stamina and flexibility with more coordination. I'm so proud of him. I have lost inches and pounds and gained energy and strength.
