I have used SoHo Rug Cleaning to clean my rugs for several years. Last week, I left a painting class and didn't realize that I had dark green oil paint on the bottom of my shoe. I accidentally tracked the paint all over three of my rugs, including a very expensive 9x12 oriental rug that I bought about 6 months ago. I was in a panic and called SoHo Rug Cleaning. One of the guys happened to be in my area, and he came right over and took all three rugs immediately back to their shop so that they could get to work on them. I am an oil painter, so I know by experience how hard it is to get oil paint out of anything. I was really concerned. Well, they got the paint out of all three rugs, and they are delivering them this afternoon. I can't say enough about this company! They are always friendly and professional. My rugs always come back looking new. They are fantastic!!!

The winter in NYC has been one of numerous nuance snow storms that have wrecked havoc on all my rugs in my apartment. I frequently have guests come over and it is just not proper etiquette to have them remove their shoes all the time. Well, the damage is was done and my rugs needed an emergency cleaning. A good friend recommended Soho Rug cleaning to me and mentioned that they are 100% organic and they specialize in the "Go Green" campaign. Well, I could not have been more satisfied in the whole processes. Yes, the cleaning was immaculate, but the service from the first call to the follow up final call to see if I was pleased was ideal. They exceeded on timing, cost and a truly professional service staff and labor force. I could not have been more gratified from start to finish.
