Deniz whipped up a gorgeous spread for my daughter’s birthday: dolma (savory/sweet stuffed grape leaves), carrot walnut dip, lamb meatballs, hummus and pita. Not only did everything look amazing (Deniz garnishes her hummus with toasted pine nuts and a sprinkling of paprika), but the flavors were truly divine. I was so glad to cart home the remainders for myself ;)
