The best massage I ever had in my life, Yury is very attentive, he answers all your questions and is amazing at what he does, he even waited for me to take a quick shower so he can put on the tape for my neck pain. I definitely recommend him to anybody who wants a medicinal massage or even a relaxation massage. He is the one to call!

Julia Leko was recommended to me by my friend a few month ago . Since the first visit I fall in love with her massage . She was helping me a lot with my shoulder and neck pain . After a 2 session the difference was huge ! My muscles was much more loose and relaxed .She massaged me for 2 hour ! Which is unheard of ,most of the places are very strict with timing . She feels what you really need and she knows how much time you need for healing. The massage toke place at her cozy apartment in downtown Manhattan . Her professionalism impressed me. Julia went way beyond just a simple massage therapy .She gives you healing energy also and you will get a fresh wonderful juice after massage which is fantastic . Quality of her work is excellent noting ever went wrong . I can highly recommend her to anyone .

I've been getting massages from Nicky for close to a year now, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage. Such a relaxing experience....the massage, the aromatherapy, and just the overall energy that Nicky brings to every massage makes each appointment something I really look forward to every 3 weeks :)

Three years ago, my husband and I started training with Mark. What first impressed us was Mark's compassion for his clients. He listened to our needs and designed a program to meet our fitness goals. As a couple, we enjoy going to our sessions together. We like the private, unintimidating environment that Mark creates for us. Each session, he challenges us, but make the session fun at the same time. Mark is an excellent massage therapist also, so he is very knowledgeable about the body and the way it works. Experienced, certified and friendly, Mark will exceed your expectations.

The 1.5 hour massage I had with Liz was wonderful, and was easily the best I've had in my six years in NYC. As a college athlete who's been to countless massage therapists and left lukewarm in my prior experiences with Thai massage, Liz's massage was a revelation. She incorporated this deep stretching-kneading aspect into her massage that left me sleeping like a baby after, and during, her time with me, and also more balanced and easy on my feet. I have only good things to say, and will definitely be a regular of Liz's in the future.

I have chronic tendon weakness and consequent muscle spasm problems and I have seen about 20 massage therapists for regular treatment over the past 10 years to arrest and heal this condition. Stephanie is honestly the best massage therapist that I have found. I have been using her as a massage therapist for medical/deep tissue massage for approximately six months. Stephanie has a professional technical knowledge of the body and massage techniques. But much more importantly, she has the gift of interacting with the muscle in an intuitive way; feeling the tension, knowing how much pressure to apply, working with the muscle and manipulating the body until the muscle releases. She has an uncanny ability to zero in on the affected areas and to understand how they relate to one another. This intuitive understanding in conjunction with her level of knowledge of the body and professional technique is, in my experience, incredibly difficult to find. Most massage therapists approach massage as a routine of sorts without listening to the body and, when faced with problems like mine, simply try to plow through them. Stephanie’s approach has been intuitive, patient, thorough, and healing. I recommend strongly for the healing of more serious muscle issues.

Walter has such a great and unique technique that leaves me feeling revitalized. His way of incorporating reiki into his massage adds more to the final result of a restorative and relaxing experience. He's extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly how to help with problem areas. Couldn't ask for someone better!

Lisa is very professional and thoughtful therapist; she's very mindful of involving you in the process, and asks for feedback as the session goes along so that she applies just the right amount of pressure without causing discomfort. She makes sure you're comfortable and prepared beforehand, and offers advice on stretching & exercises that can help alleviate tension or improve overall posture & balance. I highly recommend Lisa as a therapist!

I have had body work from Gail since 2008. She is very intuitive, her hands just seem to know what to do to relieve muscle spasm and bring my body back into balance. I would highly recommend her work to anyone who is in muscular pain, anxiety ridden, feeling out of sorts and out of harmony with self and surroundings, headaches, and any other stressors. She is great!
