Just naturally, I didn't even ask myself.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
With dance, they feel in tune with their bodies and they sweat a lot! We start with a warm up, then I show them some steps that they have to work on, then we do a choreography and freestyles and we finish with stretching, abs and push up plus relaxation.
