Introduction: As a Professional Ballroom Dance Instructor, I have training in over 20 styles of dance, such as Latin, Smooth and American Style. I'm also a former Modern and Jazz Dancer and Off Broadway Choreographer. I love creating fun and easy wedding dances that match people's ability levels so they are comfortable with the dance and can also have a moment on the dance floor and a memorable performance. I'm a certified Pilates Mat and Apparatus Instructor. I teach at a studio in Chelsea, NYC, and can also come to your home.

As a 58 year old woman I was amazed at how patient and full of enthusiasm Ernesto was teaching my group of family members to dance Latin dances for my daughter's wedding. He made the lesson so fun and got us all into it. The best of all was watching his moves...omg what a great dancer! Since I love to dance, I would love for him to take me out on the dance floor and lead me around at an event. You could not ask for a better dance instructor (and he is super handsome also!).

I have taken Latin Ballroom classes with Ernesto, and he is an excellent teacher, able to clearly explain leader and follower skills, and the proper physical technique for executing the most complicated moves (whether in social or competitive styles of dance). He is always calm and fun in his explanations. As a dance artist, he is a thrill to watch, whether in Modern dance pieces, or Ballroom Latin showpieces, with a strong emotional expression of the music and choreography, and a deep connection to his partners that is mesmerizing.

I have worked with Ernesto many times and because he is so good I keep going to back to him. He is a great teacher who is fun and very good at his craft. I would recommend Ernesto to anyone who wants to learn how to "Spanish" dance.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes on my website you can purchase your private lessons or just pay me when you see me, I do 55 minutes for $110 floor fee included for the studio or $150 for 90 minutes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They tell me when they want to take the lesson and I try to make it work, I rather teach on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I take classes with Coaches, I have been training for many years, I don't stop learning.
